UPDATED FMCSA emergency declarations/waivers providing extensions good thru 1/28/2017 for the southeast region of states and good thru 3/8/2018 for FL, PR, and USVI. See below... one file with 2 documents inside.

UPDATED Fleet Movement spreadsheet indicating "pass through states" available below


Florida Executive orders 17-259 and 17-304 are available and will remain open until 1/27/2018. Private sector fleets are advised to distribute to fleets use appropriately as they navigate towards their intended ports.


Puerto Rice Power Restoration Overview

  • Operational Period: 1/22 - 1/28, 2018
  • Electric sector fleet are mobilizing from across the U.S. to support power restoration effort in Puerto Rice and US Virgin Islands
  • State That Have Declared Emergencies or Issued Guidance, Waivers, Travel bans, etc...: Florida Executive orders 17-250 and 17-304 good through 1/27/2018 (see below)
  • Pass Through States: IL, KY, TN, IN, OH, PA, WV, VA, MD, DC, DE, SC, NC, GA, FL
  • Other Sectors Engaged: Electric, Fuel, Telecom, Medical, Lodging, and Supply Chains

1/23/2018 FMCSA provided extensions of regional emergency declaration/waivers good thru 1/28/2018 for the region and good thru 3/8/2018 for FL, PR and USVI

tnetion and This regional declaration and the extension from FMCSA covers the states of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi and is in effect until Jan 8, 2018 and can be used by fleets in any state according to FEMA

Florida's emergency declaration is in effect through Jan 27, 2018. Fleets should have copies of both docs in their possession if needed as they move to their ports of destination in FL, VA, NY and LA

New York State has two entities responsible for roadways relevant to your inquiry.
 
NYS Thruway Authority can be reached 24/7 at 866-691-8282

Please allow reasonable lead time to evaluate the conditions and needs of the inquiry.

VIRGINIA
12/26/2017 GUIDANCE
At this time no are no reported incidents or scheduled maintenance which impact movement in our Hampton Roads District. The Virginia state police and DMV have been notified.  We will continue to monitor for any significant impacts throughout the stated time frame.
