ESC-WSC-SSC-MSC - Amended Regional Emergency Declaration 2022-001 - Heating Fuel - 01-14-2022

FMCSA is beginning to receive individual State Emergency Declarations (NC and VA so far) for the pending Winter Storm (Friday Jan 14th).  As we receive the declarations, we will post all to the FMCSA website.  Due to the rapid movement of the storm, FMCSA does not plan to issue a Regional Emergency Declaration.  Issued state declarations provides the exact same relief as an FMCSA declaration for IZZY.
