1) Privacy Policy & Legal Disclaimers

GENERAL
When you visit www.ahcusa.org, or any of its program or initiative websites, or its events/meetings, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you specifically provide it to us. Except as required by law or expressly authorized by you, we will not sell or provide any personally identifiable information regarding you to any third parties.

Your visit to our site(s) is tracked through a standard web traffic statistics program, which keeps records of traffic on the site and numerical counts of visitors by domain, URL, search engine, keywords used, and other standard web measurements.

If you choose to register for an event or request information about joining the AHC, you need to provide us with the certain required information, including your name, email address and company.

Using any of the All Hazard Consortium websites, you consent to our use of your information as described in this Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Statement at any time without advance notice. Should any new policy go into effect, we will post it on this site, and the revised Statement will apply only to information collected after that.

MEETINGS &  MEDIA
For Closed Meetings
The AHC policy for its closed meetings is to provide a private and operations focused environment for government and industry stakeholders to discuss issues and develop possible processes, procedures, or solutions to address problems. These meetings include working groups, task force committees, problem-solving committees, and other types of meetings not open to the general public.

Open Meetings
The AHC also conducts open meetings that require all attendees to register and provide a valid name, organization, email, mailing address, etc. These meetings include educational webinars, training sessions, and regional/national summit meetings.

Media
A "no media" policy is enforced for all AHC meetings. The AHC staff will do their best to maintain a no media policy. If media personnel register for a meeting, meeting staff will contact them and redirect them to the appropriate media contacts and channels. The AHC does not speak for any organization in industry or government and does not conduct media interviews that are not related to AHC press releases.

If media inquiries are made regarding a specific topic or presentation, AHC staff will forward that request to the appropriate individuals/organizations to process the request through the appropriate media channels.

Speaker / Presenters at Meetings
As a practical approach, speakers and presenters should use their discretion and consider not discussing any secret or sensitive information during these types of meetings, including in-person meetings or virtual meetings like webinars, conference calls, etc.

Recordings
Any photography, screen captures, recording and/or redistribution of information of AHC meetings or content is prohibited.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
As with all disasters, information is subject to change without notice. The All Hazards Consortium, its working groups and committees, the companies, associations, and government agencies and representatives involved expressly disclaim any liability whatsoever for any use of this information by its recipient.
The recipient's usage of any data constitutes a waiver of any claim it may have concerning its use of the data. Please consider all information operationally confidential.

2) AHC / SISE Virtual Meeting Participation Policy

The AHC's Working Group meetings are conducted to support trusted, operational coordination across government and private-sector partners.

To protect the integrity of these discussions and ensure productive engagement, all participants are expected to follow the guidelines below.

By joining any SISE-hosted virtual meeting, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these participation requirements, which are governed by the SISE User Agreement and Terms & Conditions accepted during SISE registration.

1. Confidentiality & Recording Restrictions
  • Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited, including:
    • Audio or video recording
    • Screen recording
    • AI-based note-taking, transcription, or meeting summary tools
    • Third-party bots or automated assistants
  • Meetings are conducted under the SISE protected framework, which enables candid, operations-focused dialogue. Unauthorized recording or transcription undermines this trust and may result in removal from the meeting and/or revocation of SISE access.

2. Audio & Microphone Etiquette
  • Please mute your microphone at all times unless you are speaking.
  • Unmuted background noise can disrupt operational discussions and may result in the host muting participants as needed.
  • Use the “Raise Hand” feature or chat function when appropriate to request time to speak.

3. Video Camera Expectations
  • Participants are encouraged to turn on their video camera when speaking, when bandwidth allows.
  • Video participation supports accountability, engagement, and relationship-building across sectors.
  • Cameras may remain off when not speaking, particularly during large briefings.

4. Connectivity & Re-Entry Guidance
  • If you experience a power outage, internet disruption, or are disconnected from the Zoom meeting:
    • Please log out completely and log back in using the original meeting link once service is restored.
    • Re-entry ensures proper participant authentication and meeting continuity.

5. Participation & Professional Conduct
  • These meetings are operations-focused, not promotional or sales-oriented.
  • Participants should:
    • Speak from an operational perspective
    • Respect time limits and facilitation
    • Avoid sharing sensitive information outside the scope of the discussion
    • Refrain from side conversations or private chats that distract from the meeting
  • The meeting facilitator reserves the right to:
    • Manage discussion flow
    • Limit comments to ensure balanced participation
    • Remove participants who do not adhere to these guidelines

6. Identity & Access
  • Please join meetings using your real name and organization as registered with SISE.
  • Sharing meeting links or access credentials with non-vetted individuals is prohibited.
  • All participants must be vetted SISE users in good standing.
  • All "un-identified" users may be disconnected from the meeting based on the host(s) prerogatives.

7. Governing Framework
All SISE virtual meetings are governed by the SISE User Agreement, Legal Framework, and Operating Principles, which each participant agreed to during registration at www.siseusa.org.

Participation in SISE meetings constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.[email protected]
