The “Sustaining Partner” Program
The Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group's Sustaining Partner Program gives organizations an opportunity to go beyond typical programs by providing the opportunity to become involved with and provide support for sustained integrated planning between the private and public sectors on regional, multi-state fleet related issues.
The Sustaining Partner program is designed for trade associations and Working Group approved solution providers:
· Technology Providers
· Software Developers
· Manufacturers
· Systems Integrators
· Consultants
· Risk Management Organizations
· Data Providers
This services is designed to assist and educate the above organizations in several areas:
1) Participation:
Sustaining Partners collaborate with federal, state and local emergency managers; owners/operators of critical infrastructure; and other Fleet Working Group participants year round with a focus on planning, training, exercising and developing solutions that improve private sector planning and operations prior, during and after major critical incidents.
2) Relationships:
The relationships and perspectives Sustain Partners develop through their involvement in the Fleet Response Working Group and the related meetings, sub-committees and exercises can create new business-to business partner opportunities with other private sector and owner/operator organizations, while providing you with valuable insights on the needs, requirements and concerns of the Working Group’s public and private sector participants.
3) Solution Alignment:
Sustaining Partners gain access to the Alignment Services designed to help private sector manufacturers, software developers, integrators, and solution providers quickly align their ideas, strategies and solutions with operational needs, a wide variety potential opportunities, meet with potential partners and users, gain feedback, and get recommendations on how best to shape and improve their ideas and go forward.
4) Branding:
Sustaining Partners are referenced on websites and publications of the Fleet Response Working Group. Sustaining Partners can also send an allocated number of staff to Working Group events at reduced rates (if applicable).
5) Education:
Sustaining Partners get educated quickly on the organizations, the people, the processes, the barriers, and the short/mid-long term opportunities that may align with their solutions or needs (e.g. research, education, marketing, etc…)
6) Service Offering Development
Sustaining partners that qualify can also become part of a regional/national service development program designed to integrate several solutions into an integrated offering of the Fleet Response Working Group to its growing, national member base in the private sector.
