SISE OPS Center Info:

  1. Active now w/limited staff for IRMA
 
  1. Aggregates operational public and private sector information, provide situational awareness, common operating picture, and decision support
 
  1. No phone number or hotline as yet, only email access for now
 
  1. For operational use only, each individual user will be vetted and approved for access via the SISE working group process.
 
  1. Does not replace the FRWG’s Daily Disaster Dashboard (GeoCollaborate) use for general S/A and collaborative data capabilities, modeling and analysis.

  1. Emails sent to  fleetmove@sisenet.org can be scanned, logged as incidents, loaded in the dashboard and processed for use. A timeline will record all inbound, outbound and analytics activities of the system
    1. Attached files automatically scanned
      1. Flat files (docs, pdfs, etc.…) are scanned, time/date stamped and place in an event (e.g. “IRMA”) binder for ref later
      2. GIS, KML, or other files that are ready for a map display are process and brought into a map layer for almost immediate display
      3. Some coordination may be required

      1. Visual map of declared states (red), pass through states (green), and states who haven’t declared an emergency but had issue waivers (purple)
