The All Hazards Consortium’s Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group, in cooperation with the DVIC (Delaware Valley Intelligence Center), and the SISE (Sensitive Information Sharing Environment)  Working Group will be conducting an initiative with several Fusion Centers focused on opportunities to share sensitive operational information during “blue sky day” and dark sky day” scenarios.
 
Overview:
This integrated planning meeting was organized by the Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group (FRWG) of the All Hazards Consortium (AHC) in partnership with the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center (DVIC), and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security NPPD’s Office of Infrastructure Protection.
 
This meeting, called the “Understanding Infrastructure Threats and Disasters” integrated planning meeting, is designed to engage industry (electric, food, fuel, finance & telecom) and multiple state government “fusion centers” to enhance threat and disaster related information sharing across multiple states and sectors to improve the related decision making, situational awareness, operational coordination and communications.
 
 Objectives:
  1. Discuss and decide on specific information sharing opportunities
    1. Private sector information to be shared w/ Fusion Centers regionally
    2. Fusion Center information to be shared w/private sector regionally
  2. Discuss and educate all participants government on the private sector’s sensitive information sharing trust framework and the data driven decision making initiatives 
  3. Gain common agreement on joint objectives and path forward for yielding tangible operational results for all stakeholders in the areas of
    1. Ongoing threat information sharing
    2. Regional disaster resource movement and response
