The page hosts several operational tools and resources developed by the Fleet Response Working Group and advisers from of the East Coast Corridor Coalition (EC3) during the CATEX Regional Exercise to support the expediting of power and supply chain restoration and the related multi-state fleet movement prior to, during and following a hurricane or large multi-state disaster.
