AHC Advisers Program
As government and private companies face their current operational challenges they often need SENIOR ADVISERS to help them with their strategies, planning, implementation, assessments, and communications. Finding quality experienced professionals who are available and affordable is always a challenge.

Since 2005, the AHC has been developing a large network of stakeholders, supporters and advisers that cuts across multiple sectors and disciplines. Many of these public and private sector professionals were senior leaders in their government or private sector roles.

The AHC Advisers Program makes these highly experienced professionals are made available to advise counties, cities, states and private sector companies and non-profit organizations to assist


The AHC operates this program on a 10% administrative fee, one of the lowest in the nation.

This allows you to negotiate a rate or fixed cost with the adviser and have the AHC provide the administrative functions for an extremely low cost.

The AHC has been performing a fiduciary role for the public sector since 2008 and has processed more than $20million worth of transactions with over 60+ contractors as part of multiple grant programs.

Contractor Types:

1099:                   Negotiated Rate + 10%
W2 Part Time:    Negotiated rate based on contractor needs for taxes, insurance and benefits +10% AHC Fee
W2 Full Time:
     Negotiated rate based on contractor needs for taxes, insurance and benefits + 10% AHC Fee

responsible for all strategic Business Continuity planning (over 1000 plans), tactical emergency response and corporate incident management for Verizon Corporate (Wireline and International).  In previous roles at Verizon, Dick was responsible for designing complex solutions to technical communications issues in international regions where MCI/Verizon did not have a network presence.  This included all operating functions as well as operating and capital budgets for the design, build, and operation of networks.
