The AHC provides a neutral, FOIA-protected, and secure environment to foster connections of people and organizations who share a common interest to address joint challenges, leverage shared ideas, strategies, and solutions for their organizational and public-private benefit. AHC capabilities include:

Legal Framework and Protections: The AHC is protected from frivolous FOIA requests as a 501c3 and removes liability concerns for its stakeholders via its agreements and disclaimers.
Trusted Governance: The AHC operates an enabling legal framework that fosters an equitable, trustworthy, and collaborative governance ensuring all sides have equal input to address their shared challenges and tangibly strengthen infrastructure and community resilience.
Technologies: The AHC and its various partners provide the technologies and solutions needs to support the various solutions developed by the AHC working groups.
Collaborative Information Sharing & Problem Solving: The AHC's network operates within trusted work groups to share information, solve problems, and develop solutions that reduce risks and impacts across essential sectors like energy, transportation, telecommunications, food, water, healthcare, retail, finance, and logistics.
Planning and Exercises: The AHC , through its multiple working groups, facilitates ongoing planning activities year-round. The groups are action oriented and results focused.
Joint Crisis Response: The AHC facilitates the coordination of response efforts and information sharing between industry and states in response to multi-state disaster like hurricanes, wildfires, worker strikes, fuel shortages, industrial accidents, winter storms, etc...
Mitigation Projects: The AHC develops partnerships to support large scale, multi-year infrastructure projects with states and the private sector.
Training and Education: The AHC and its partners in industry, government, and non-profits continually host or support training and education activities across a wide variety of relevant topics.
