Regional consensus white papers are a product of the All Hazards Consortium.

Developed from the AHC Regional Workshops, the regional white papers are produced to document needs, issues, best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations. These white papers serve as a tool to create awareness and attract additional resources, funding and in-kind donations to support the states in their efforts to do real work that will address the issues and show tangible results (e.g. regional studies/research, pilot projects, proof of concepts, policy development, etc.)

AHC partners from the private sector and/or research community sponsor the production of a regional white paper. 

At present, three white papers have been released and one is under development:
