The All Hazards Forum (AHF) was an annual conference owned / produced by E.J. Krause and Associates and sponsored by the states, the All Hazards Consortium and private sector firms. First held in 2004, it continued through 2007 and brought together state/federal governments, the private sector, higher education and non-profit organizations from around the country to share information on homeland security and emergency management issues. Held in Baltimore, MD, this annual conference consisted of 20-26 multi-state panel discussion sessions that focused on numerous topics. The AHF Annual Report captured these discussions and organized them for readers to understand the issues and possible recommendations.
First sponsored by BearingPoint in 2005 and then by IBM in 2006 and 2007, the AHF Annual Report served as a multi-state planning tool for both government and the private sector.
