The All Hazards Consortium (AHC) is a 501c3 non-profit organization, guided by the regional states of North Carolina, District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey & New York. Born out of an annual conference called the All Hazard Forum, the AHC’s mission is to help create new resources and funding opportunities for the states to support regional multi-state collaboration efforts among all the stakeholders from government, private sector, higher education and non-profit/volunteer organizations.

This is the AHC’s first annual report. This report, sponsored by IBM, documents the people and accomplishments within the All Hazards Consortium during 2008.  Contained in the report are many of the activities, meetings, initiatives, grants and projects that have been undertaken by the states along with their partners from private sector, higher education and non-profit organizations and the federal government.
